We are a small, non commercial business so Advance Reservations are Necessary with three night minimum requests in the pricing.

Shoulder Season and Hunter Rates are offered at a really good discounted price. Be sure to call for that cost. You'll be Surprised!

Extremely Affordable Rates

We are not adverse to discussing negotiable, reasonable rates. Rates do vary with the season, as well as length of stay and payment method. First night down payment mailed in check form, with balance due via check/cash upon satisfied arrival. A credit card will serve "in lieu" of a cleaning deposit. I have never had to run one yet! We have No Hidden Fees, just ask you leave the cabin easy for us to clean. If we are paid by check vs. credit card fees, the savings are passed to my guests.

We really do offer great "shoulder season rates", no one can match, especially with the amenities that cannot be found anywhere else. Earlier season Hunter Discounts available as well as family rates during that time.

The Black Hills are always busiest from July through nearly the end of August. Reserving in advance insure better prices and enable personalization of just what you would like to have waiting for you each night, when you rest, located conveniently, with out city lights blocking the stars! Having only several cabins, normally they are booked by end of March, therefore, I recommend reserving soon if these suit your individual tastes.

Reserve two cabins affordably together for the perfect get-a-way for families, groups of friends, small company gatherings. With advance notice, room is available for RV or 5th wheel parking.

Again, We are a small, non commercial business. No highway signage. No brochures. No Drive Bys. We try to be sincerely good people and I'd say 95% of my guests leave letters about how surprised and happy they were with their cabin. We get quite a few repeats and tons of referrals.

We always like to meet new people, help you out a little, then get the heck out of your way so you can Vacation!! We can help you feel at home and assist you with any "must do" or "should I do's" and "how long will this take" that may be on your vacation list.

Rates, again, are negotiable and you'll find yourself with discounts based on the duration, time of year, or even group rates for both cabins and suite.
